Disappointing stay: 2* hotel

I would rate this hotel 2* stars. Yes, the place does look nice in pictures. But the facilities have deferred maintenance and the hotel & rooms are dirty (not well kept or cleaned). The room WiFi and internet via ethernet cable are slow, unstable, and inadequate for work, streaming, voice, and video calls. The location (and inside rooms) are noisy coupled with poor noise insulation windows/balcony doors. Safety and security is below par due to not managing building/elevator access control and having the stair well unaccessible/locked from the roof (pool/gym/bar area). Lastly, staff is incompetent as well as the hotel manager. I believe this to be due to their lack of education/experience in hotel management, travel/tourism, customer service, and the English language. This review is from my lifetime experience of traveling to over 40 countries around the world, staying at over 50 hotels in this past year alone (from mid 2023-2024), and touring 8 countries in Asia in just the past 4 months.

Very convenient hotel right in the city center. Staffs are great, rooms are nicely prepared and clean, with the essentials. Big firm bed. Great value for the price. Has a nice rooftop pool. Easy to get around the city. Highly recommended for a stay in the city.

This place is awesome. The location is good and the amenities are clean. I love the rooftop gym, has a nice view especially at night. Love the laundry in the room too, makes it super convenient. Second time staying here and service is always on point. Aun took care of us with care and was very welcoming.

Fabulous location, Hotel rooms were huge, lounge area, washing machine and dryer. Bath tub was a treat. Breakfast was so good and the staff very helpful. We found the location great to get around the city. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

Smell so goood. I love it! All the staff so kinds swimming pool and the co space is amazing! Thanks K. Aun and K.Aom for buffet breakfast and special service so impressive!!! Easy to go to the club and come back that’s 10/10 lol LOVE IT. I’ll come back!!!!
